I received my MTN account that reflected an amount of _ R200 taken off my account for a subscription that I know nothing about and for which there is no proof of the subscription. I have never subscribed to any thing on my cell ever over many years and my account will reflect just that. MTN referred me to Opera Interactive (I never heard of them until now) and they would not take responsibility and referred me to Wurup. I demand a refund from Wurup. I consider this as blatant.
