Billed for service that I have not subscribed to!

I am being billed for a service that I have not subscribed to. Opera Telecom [URL Removed] has been adding 'content' to my cellphone bill since April 2013. It ranges between R135 and R178 per month. The itemised billing does not give any indication what the billed items are for. It seems like a deliberate attempt at deception and.

After contacting them, they refuse to refund my money and referred me to the waspa association.
Someone has to be able to stop this.
