First let me start by saying my last comunication to you was a compliment but now i have changed my mind. Firstly why can i buy airtime with my loyalty points but then i cant turn that airtime to data? Your stupid autimated system says i have insoficiant funds. I get that you are expensive (the most expensive around) but i have a MTN modem, what am i suppose to do with your stupid pionts if i cant make it airtime to buy data bundles you freakin?? /??? Furthermore while i am it i would like to say that the fact that every 2 months my data just expires is very anoying and borderline, if i paid for it it belongs to me!!!
