Company who to customers

I am still trying to stop this get it service from cell c. Yes i was contacted by Ruth around the 5 Feb who informed me that somebody would contact me on the 23 Feb to cancel the service. It is now the 26 Feb and still nobody has contacted me. I can not believe how this company to its customers. Disgusted.
