Bad Service, Infact NO Service, No feedback

Lve had a problem since the installation of this so call free ADSL installation. They no help and have poor service. now my fone line broke 2 weeks ago and till today no one has call or come to fix it. they make ads on TV saying they respond to client faults quickly & on time.. they need competition ASAP!! today i call to tell them to come take their bladdy ADSL and landline because after 2 ref numbers and numerous calls and various call centre agents. no one knows whats happening and they never can put you though to the manager or Provincial Director to lay a complaint. all they give you is a even dumber supervisor. TELKOM!!
