Billing your account without Authorisation???

On the 07/02/2013 i got an sms on my phone to say that an amount of R199 has been debited from your account, which i thought is strange as i only have a certain member that debits my account. As i went onto my on-line banking... i saw to my surprise it was Elite Mobile... i dont have any accounts or contracts with u so WHY are u taking money from my account??? Please can u take my details of your system...
