Surprise Surprise - Another @#%$&*!! Up from Virgi

We pay our monthly acc of which we have 4 lines every single month without fail because I only get pd on the last working day of the mnth. Debit orders are not an option. This arrangement was made when contract was 1st taken out years ago!! Suffice to say - and once again - just like every single month without fail!!! - all 4 of my lines have been cut even though payment was made. Virgin??!! Do you not check 1st to make sure payments received or do you just make assumptions and cut everyone's lines?? I am expecting someone to get back to me ASAP as this is absolutely unacceptable and has to be rectified... Should we rather threaten to close out acc or just close it. Highly annoyed and #@$%@!!! Off!!!
