60GB 60GB DOES NOT ADD UP

End of Feb2012 I bought the 8ta 60GB 60GB fro R1 800. Mid Aug 2012 I get an Out Of bundle message during the day and at night (I have print screens for 4 consequtive days and nights). I used a scheduler to download files at night. After querying it and submitting complaints on Hello Peter and Get Closure, 8ta says I still have 127MB day time and 4, 85GB night time data left (I have their email). I get 8ta to send me a report (I have their email with the report attched) on my data usage and when I calculate the total used I get a total of 67.71GB for both night and day time data. I took 8ta to Small Claims Court and the commissioner postponed the case without a date to enable me to get a professional to help me with the technical aspects and also advised me to get a lawyer and take it to the magistrates court. Is there anyone out there able to help me take on 8ta? You can check all the documents and emails sent by 8ta. I am in Cape Town. I suggest everyone who has bought 8ta data to request a cdr report and check your actual data usage. Regards, Mark
