I never subscribed, please cancel and refund!!!

I saw charges going through my data card account which I use for my iPad. The charges are labelled SMSNET and I have been charged since 8 April on a daily basis with an amount of R2.64 excl VAT. Upon phoning SMSNET, I was treated dismally by customer service who refused to help me and said the finance department would phone me. I am still waiting. The customer service rep could not give me any proof that I had subscribed, only telling me that I must have gone onto the website [URL Removed] which I have never heard about (I have since tried this website to see what it is about and can't even access it!!!), and he said I downloaded music, but he can't provide me with any proof. Surely, SMSNET should be able to provide proof of what I downloaded, and they should be able to prove that it was me that downloaded it? I suspect that staff at SMSNET are loading bogus details to meet sales targets!!! This is!!! I download music via iTunes, and pay with my credit card. I have NEVER DOWNLOADED MUSIC FROM, AND HAVE NEVER HEARD OF, [URL Removed] I demand a refund of the money already charged to my cellphone account of R168.97 and will be reporting this to Carte Blanche.
