HELP Sold a product that does not work6 Open cases

On 24th May My Wife took out a Unlimited contract at Telkom Mobile.
She was Promised the following:
1. Keep Number (port not done correctly) 2. Unlimited calls, 3
. 2 Gigs Data
4. Send 5 SMS's and get 50 Free for the Day (Explained by Thabiso)(NOT TRUE!!!)
On the 26th May, She refused to use the Phone because people could not contact her and the call centre could not assist and neither did Thabiso at the store want to assist. She swapped with me. We could not get signal at home either. We could not get the Data to work, the call centre sent out a technitian
He came out to me and then found that the handset was faulty and that I needed an exchange unit. I did that and it could now work on data and not only wifi.
But I still could not receive calls, I was then Told to select roaming because 8ta does not have coverage and to roam on MTN. I could not do that either.
agent at 8ta, she avised that I cancel the contract as per her manager's recommendations and I wont be charged. I then again went into the store hand the phone in to cancel and todate I cannot get my number back from them and not cancelled.
