Dissappointed

Hi my gf has a mtn contract in december her phone jus was asked to go in for a software upgrade and she had given her phone in and in january when she went to follow up was told there is no parts to repair phone so replacing with a new phone. There was no major problem with the phone to be repaired. She had picked up the phone and got home and saw on the inside had a sticker saying refurished. When back to the store and was informed they do not give brand new phones. She then took the phone again last week with a few faults was told they changed soft ware setting so nothing can be done. Now she has another problem we're there is like black ink on the screen and she is afraid to take it back to be turned down with reason and help regarding this.

Plaese advise in regards to this.
