I have three business accs and a personal one with FNB Kloof. The service has been terrible as I have had to go in on six different occasions to get them to send me bank statements and wasn't getting them via email - so told them to change it to postal and I still don't receive the statements!!! I sent them a fax in this regard - no response!!! Then to top that off FNB have allowed a company called Topads to illegally deduct debit orders from my bank account without my consent? How can businesses be successful when a bank can't get something as simple as getting bank statements to a company and they allow third parties to take monies off your account without consent?? Also I keep get phoned by FNB saying they need docs to FICA my business account which I handed to the bank PERSONALLY on two different occasions and when I wrote a fax to my branch asking about this I don't get a response? Can someone from FNB PLEASE sort out these problems - I cannot believe I have to battle like this? Either get more staff or less clients if you can't cope. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!!
