Phone returns from repairs without being repaired

On the 7th of January 2013 I submitted my Blackberry 9300 for repairs at Cell C Melrose Arch. This phone was only purchased opinion September 2012. It was then taken in and I was notified of the 21 day waiting period. During which Cell c Melrose arch closed down. On the 19th February I collected Athens phone and nothing at all had been fixed.

I have taken the phone back today for repairs again and I have no confidence that this time anything will be resolved. Every single month Cell c is happy to deduct their money when they don't even offer me the service they promise to offer in our contract.

When I enquirer about cancelling the contract I was quoted R2900.00. This is far more than the actual phone costs. I fail to understand why it's at such an unreasonably high cost when they refuse to even give me the service I deserve as a paying customer.

I have been a had 2 contracts with cell c for over 7 years now. I am discouraged at the lack of service. For now I just have to pray that this time they fix the phone or at leas give me some form of feedback.
