I would like to express my most greatest experience with Telkom thus far! After all the drama and bittersweet relationship I've had with Telkom, Annette charmed me with her great service and professionalism. It is quite rare for someone to have the patience to explain everything in detail without losing the patience. Thank you very much Annette for the awesome service, I wish that Telkom would hire such people to handle the other divisions of the company because speaking this woman was absolute satisfaction.
