Very high bill on data without notice

I have a data contract with Autopage for R129pm on a 2GB account. I've been struggling to connect since the first week of February and when I phoned customer service I found out that my account has been blocked because it ran up to over R1300, more than 10 times my normal subscription amount without any notice via email or sms that my account is running over the normal 2GB. I can understand if they cut me off at 2x my normal subscription ot even 3x, but at more than 10x without ANY notice this is pure daylight.

I feel cheated and robbed because this is a ridiculous amount of money that I have to pay, when I only budget for R129. I which that someone can help me with this because I feel helpless against a service provider who is just too big to care about their individual clients.

If I don't pay my account (which I really cannot afford at this stage) they will blacklist me and I feel this is very unfair.
