Money being deducted without notice

I was unable to work because of medical reasons so I was not able to pay my vodacom account. As I recovered I went to this vodafone shop and ask them what is the grant total amount be paid. They said I must phone account dept, they gave me the amount and I paid up to date I still asked the lady to e mail the bill to me, I made a 100% sure when will the first debit order go of and she said: " THE END OF THIS MONTH THE NORMAL DEBIT ORDER WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT", LAST NIGHT I SAW THESE SMS COMING THREW TO MY PHONE AND IT WAS VODACOM, deducting not even the normal debit order amount or with any notice or the end of the month like they said. I'm so fed up with this company. How can I switch to another company without breach of contract. Enough Is enough, worst service that I've ever experience from a company.
