Have you ever tried speaking to anyone else than a consultant at ALTECH it is a no go tried 5 days in a row left 14 mesg for a COLLIN SWART AND ANGELO GRAM. This is a totally impossible task. What i have found from the help at the call centre is that they dont care a for the small customers it means nothing if you have your whole house with them because you dont spend more than a GRAND so you not important.
Never had I skipped a payment never had I asked for a payment arrangment and upgraded a couple of time's but when you really do need their help. They just turn their back and say WELL SIR IF YOU CANT WAIT TAKE OUT A NEW CONTRACT AND LET THIS ONE RUN OUT. IS this the way ALTECH retain their customers. The only bad thing that came out of this is I had now to run arrount to another service provider to take out a new contract and lose my cell number and also change my busness cards. BUT YES THAT IS LIFE THANKS ALTECH AND SORRY THAT I'M NOT ONE OF YOUR BIG CSUTOMERS THAT SPEND THOUSAND TO EARN SPESIAL TREATMENT.
