Faulty Phone and empty promises from Cell C

I had my phone for 3 days and the battery busted. I reported on the fourth day. the first day they could find no recording of me calling and after the 3 phone call they eventually logged a claim and got the couriers to collect the phone. I have been sitting without a phone and my phone is my bread and butter. I have lost 60% of my sales and spent about 4 - 6 hours on the phone to try and resolve this matter. When my car broke down the other day I had to walk down the street to get strangers to help me as I needed to phone for help.
Cell C promises a 7 day back guarantee providing all the original packaging is in tact and that is what I gave them. Today it has been 14 days and they still telling me that the phone is being assessed. Why then about the guarantee??? I feel I need to tke this matter further and maybe the CPA Law can protect me! I am fed up with this as I have lost alot of business and time on this matter.
