UNACCEPTABLE: 4 MONTH REPAIRS?!

I am very unhappy! I gave my phone in for repairs, due to the phone not being able to send or receive e-mails, MMS's and BBM messages as well as a faulty track pad, on the 4th of November 2011 and up till today the phone has not been returned. I have gone out of my way to drive to Witbank on 02 Feb'13 and phoned on 05 Jan, 23 Jan, 07 Feb and 12 Feb, but the service is terrible and no one can give me any updates or answers!!! When I gave the phone in it was 15 months old and still under warranty, however on 11 February, I got a SMS stating that the phone is now out of warranty and I have to pay R435, which is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, because the phone reached is 18 month mark in the time the phone was in. The ladies at the store promised they would phone back, but I have not received a single call. Pathetic to say the least! In the meantime I am paying for the contract and the phone but I don't even have it! Disgusted with the level of service, which is NON-EXISTING!
