Ever since I applied for my 10GB 10GB DATA contract from Telkom mobile at Cresta branch on the 5th of July 2013, I haven't heard anything from them after the consultant promised me several times to contact me to update with no fulfilment of the promise. I had to drive to the branch on Saturday the 6th and on Tuesday the 9th. I called on Monday the 8th they asked for my details and told me to hang-up they will call me back I waited till today. I'm just worried if this is the way Telkom is treating potential customers, how bad are their customers suffering?
