On Thursday 14 November I went to Cell C in Clearwater Mall to upgrade my two, minute only contracts, to 50 minute plus device contracts.

I filled in the forms to cancel the "minute only" contracts and was asked by Bianca, the Cell C representative to come in the next day to do the 50 minute plus device contracts.

I ordered 2 of the LG Optimus L1 II phones which the store did not have in stock. I was promised by Bianca that the moment the phones arrive, (which was supposed to be the next day) she will call me and we would finalise the deal.

It has nearly been 2 weeks now and after having phoned the store numerous times, I still have not been helped or given feedback as to what the situation is!

Please help me with sorting this problem out.
