I recently applied for Telkom home line and Adsl. after spending endless days and hours on the phone, I resolved installation. This was just the beginning of an endless struggle and more hours on the phone. I then, two weeks after installation received my first bill R1605 . Due 26/2/2013, as I initially requested a debit order as payment method, I assumed this will the be paid on the 20th.- Big mistake, phone was cut today, no Internet access etc. the 18th of Feb... I phoned in and after holding what felt like an hour was assisted by a Dinky Hubi, whom swore on her life that this was an error and that it would be fixed within 15mins... needless to say I phoned back after an hour and again this was not the case... now the debit order was an issue and I didn't pay the outstanding NO Reconnection! sorry sir it's the system... Every time I speak to a person at the call center the previous person did nothing, and has to be re-done... I asked Dinky if she gave me the correct info, and she insisted, yet SalomeSenokoane, says no connection. I would like Telkom to resolve my problem immediately, and to figure out what their staff actually know... seems like most of them are UNSKILLED
