Many people say we live in AFRICA. I am starting to believe this.
I purchased airtime for R500 on 25 Dec 2012 at 06:28 via Standard Bank while holidaying in Mosselbay during December 2012, with the aim of converting this to data to enable me to communicate with family and friends. I am a 8ta data user due to SPEED and PRICE back home in Boksburg, but 8ta doesn't work in Mosselbay. I never got my airtime, and after lodging a complaint within the hour, was given a ref number which turned out to be bogus. I lodged another complaint on 26 Dec at about 07:45 and was given a ref number, 2122600038, with the promise that I will get feedback between 24 and 48 hours. STILL WAITING.
I lodged the same complaint with Standard Bank Boksburg on 08 Jan 2013 when back from holiday, with the promise of a 9 working day feedback. STILL WAITING.
Somebody needs to take responsibility for this. This amounts to and, etc. Somewhere this R500 is floating in the air, or has it been hijacked?
Please, I don't need another ref number, just fix it.
Please note that I don't need the airtime anymore, I am back with 8ta with their superior SPEED and PRICE.
I need it back in my Standard Bank account.
