Billed wrong no response from autopage head office

I am so sick and tired off autopage, and there useless ways to solve my problems.
i run on wifi the whole day and then run on my free data, when needed.
i have recieved this phone in May 2013, and have been calling autopage since with endless problems. i will not allow you to debit my account again as this is really day light.
you guys either get a better team or you close down as no 1 knows what they are doing!!!
