Useless Cell C cant help and its been 4 weeks!!!

I have had an issue with my 3g speed stcik for the past 4 weeks and i have filed a case many times and they keep marking it as resolved and never manage to fix the problem, i will be calling soon to speak to a manger and if that does not solve the problem i will have to look into the cosumers protection act and take this matter further because i am quite and utterly d off
