Cell C data speed dropped to virtually zero

I have two prepaid cell C data cards. I paid roughly R 2400 for the two for 12 months data. The speed was good for about 6 months, then a month ago it dropped to virtually zero and is unusable (0.05 Mbs). I have lodged an official technical request with reference number TT 175419. Two weeks down the line still nothing, just empty promises. From a similar experience with Cell C a year ago know that the problem is in their local tower.

Bottom Line: Fix the problem. If you cannot, refund me for my Modem and data cards which I have purchased when the reception in my area was acceptable. Please do not send me a stupid complaint form again. I already filled that in a month ago with all the details. I need to speak to somebody in person who can solve this.
