8ta have been giving me problems concerning my network where it states that i have no network coverage (SOS) or it tells me "SIM Card Error". The problem became worse and worse with each passing day as I have to hope the signal returns when i reboot my phone continuously. I have contacted 8ta and they said someone would contact me regarding the problem but how can I be contacted when I am not always available at the alternative numbers I provided and why should I wait to be contacted when I am paying for a service monthly to a company that is suppose to provide me a service. It is ridiculous, frustrating and just simply redundant.
