Phoned in because, this morning my phone didn't have network. This agent was son not helpful, she was moody, arrogant, rude and not having any customer service. At the end of the call she say "iyoh"and I asked her what the she is saying that, she just ignored me and said what else i need assistance in. The customer service name is Nonne
