Firstly I went to do an upgrade at the store. i was never informed that I could or rather should migrate my package before upgrading. I was later informed by your customer service person, that it could be changed for the beginning of the month of March and that i didn't have to wait 4 months before being able to use my new phone, but that it had to be done at the branch. The branch claim that they cannot do it! Who knows what is going on??? I then get told that they forgot to give me my license back. I then get the advise to do a sim swap and get an adapter to be able to use my current phone and activate the new iPhone. Today I drove again to the branch to collect my license and do the sim swap, only to be told that I needed to have my ID and proof of residence!! Could they not have told me that over the phone??? How much more time and petrol do I have to waste to get proper service?
