An unauthorised amount of R1 750.01 (R43.86 per entry) was billed to our Vodacom account (spesified as "content services") without notification or our knowledge/agreement. We did not have anything to do/know of the existence of Mira Networks before receiving the Vodacom bill. We are still unable to contact Mira Networks on their Call Centre number provided and when requesting Vodacom Call Centre for assistance with an alternative contact number, we were referred to the Vodacom Head Office who then transferred us to the Vodacom Call Centre. I will proceed to take this matter further and lay complaints against both companies wherever necessary until it gets resolved. Still waiting for Vodacom to provide me with proof of how and by who this deduction was authorised. The many complaints against Mira Networks tells a story of its own and Vodacom is clearly not very worried about their reputation or existing customers.
