Does anyone know what they are doing!!!

Vodacom has an on line special. I placed my order on the 8th of February. I have been phoning from the 11th to find out the states of my order. Vodacom Call centre just keeps on telling me that someone will phone me back to confirm my order. NO ONE HAS PHONED ME BACK!!! Its been a week! I have been transferred to the wrong departments. The call back service that they offer does not work they call you back and put the phone down as soon as your call gets transferred. [URL Removed]
