So i moved to the vomit yellow network because the period red one was awful. now i'm being met with more gross incompetence. your cow at menlyn did not put a 1500 cap on my account. nor did she inform that the yellow poo network does not apparently do that anymore. why the heck would i want a 3500 softlock? what kind of would want that? also the other cow in your call centre cant speak english either. so she didn't add a monthly recurring one gig bundle! i am sick and f ing tired of paying my hard earned money for stupid people that don't know what the fluuck they are doing in the waking hours! I want this resolved or i have all the time in the world to make this as embarassing and pr nightmare as is possible. get bent!!!
