Ridiculous fees charged for service

I recently just signed a contract phone with vodacom, everything went well until I noticed that all my incoming calls are seen as "unknown" whether if I have the number saved on my phone or not.

I then phone vodacom and they informed me that I need to pay extra in order for me to see who is calling me.
WHAT RIDICULOUS NONSENSE!!!
I've got friends and family that are on contracts and they didn't need to pay for this b*llsh*t, since when is vodacom charging us so we can see who's calling us!!!

If this is how things work I won't be suprised if vodacom start charging us so when we call people our identity is visible.

Ridiculous, never will I recommend anyone to sign a vodacom contract... you'll just end up paying for things you shouldn't be paying for!
