Just another bad mtn service experience

Ive been looking through the previoys reports on MTN and have seen that bad service is a trend at MTN.

I was due for an upgrade on my My Call 100 top up contract in January. On the 2nd of january i went to do the upgrade and asked to stay on the same package. I received my new phone, Galaxy Mini.
One week later i tried to top up my data and received a msg that the number is not allowed to be topped up.

I returned to the shop to find out that Mubanga changed the contract to an open contract after i specifically asked to keep me on top up. This resulted me in loosing over R300 in airtime ihad on my phone.

Yesterday morning when I was at the shop Mubanga couldnt give me an answer about how this problem is going to be solved, because mtn was apparently offline, but he promised me a call before 18:00 to give me feedback. That call naturally didnt come through.

This morning I got a call telling me that he was to busy to call me yesteday! (obviously correcting the mistake wasnt priority). Now more than 24hours later my contract is still not changed back, Mubanga still too busy to talk to me, and my phone bill keeps going up because i cant top up my data.
