Cell c at it again

Last week i did my cell phone upgrade and i was assured il get my cell within 3 to 7 days, today i call just to follow up on my application and im told there is no records for my upgrade. The similar thing happened with the previously upgrade, what is so difficult? My friend did his with MTN on monday and he already got his phone. Please guys go to my previous reference numbers and see what i went through, is it difficult to do it write the first time. Please Fikile do as you promised
