I handed in my phone at the Brooklyn centre on the 2nd of January. I was told that it would take between 4 and 6 weeks to fix. This is now the 7TH WEEK of those 4 to 6 weeks, and I have still not heard anything.

Furthermore, on the 12th of Feb I sat on the phone to the call centre for AN HOUR. When I finally got through, Salvan could apparently not hear me, and hung up on me - what was the point of me entering my cell number if you cannot trace that very number after having hung up on it? I then sent an e-mail to your customer service at Cell C, which promised to get back to me within 24 to 48 hours - It is now two days later and I am still waiting.

I need my phone back THIS WEEK or I need a new phone - you are breaking your own contract by not returning my phone to me. What is the point of having a phone guaranteed. I even took out your monthly insurance because I was promised by the salesperson that you would provide me with a phone if mine broke. When my phone broke, that story suddenly changed as well. I have been without a phone for almost two months - this needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY.
