Cell C
Repairs for a contract phone

My contract phone broke and on the 09th May I called Cell C call centre. I informed them that there is no cell c outlet where I am at (Kokstad). They promised that they will send a courier within 48 hours to 72hours. REF: 305091137. I was so thrilled. I waited for days, made follow ups of which I was moved from pillar to post. For almost a month now I am without a phone and I pay for the phone. I have sent emails to customer care, no response.

I am beyond being disappointed, I am hurt. I had so much confidence in cell c. Rite now I'll do anything to break the relations I have with them.
