Went to 8ta in Canal Walk last Friday, the gentleman at the customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. He had extended product knowledge and was willing to give the best solution, by recommending we use another brand 3g dongle if we had one. Eventually took out the 8ta contract at Telkom in Bayside due to time constraints.
