Shocking Service I have still not had any response

COPY OF AN EMAIL SENT TO MTN. I have a problem, My R100.00 top up is not in my account and it usually goes through on 20th. of each month, i went in to MTN at Carnivall Mall and they called for me, I was told that there was a problem but to wait for an hour before the money would show on my mobile, still nothing, Ref No 95706651. I called again at about 18.30pm. and was told yet again I would have to wait for between 2 to 24 hours for the problem to be sorted. Ref 95718167.This is not acceptable, I do not have any money on my account and I have been billed for it on 20 December. I have to load air time with my money as I cannot be without a mobile, .(next email sent) I have had no response to my previous email sent and nor have I received my December R100.00, I have had to load time on my phone at my expense when I have already paid for December, I am going to take this matter further and report it as the service i have received is shocking & unacceptable. What kind of staff are employed at MTN that two people tell different stories, money goes onto my phone the 20th and then mysteriously disappears, but they can see I have not used my phone as I was out the country.
