Cannot connect, told i'm not found on the network

I've been struggling for a week to get my account active for me to be able to use my phone. I was advised that it was active and was hanging on the network on Monday, phoned Technical support on Tuesday, they dont even pick up my number on the vodacom network. I was referred back to customer care... and guess what... a week later, i still have no connectivity. Try phoning Nashua, and you never get thru to any of their departments. Their 'We're experiencing high call volumes' msg is on permanently. How about you employ more staff to actually assist your customers.

This is pathetic and will probably be my last renewal with them.
