Worst service ever and no help at all!

I've only had my blackberry 9900 for two and a half months, when it just stopped working. I went from store to store, only to be assured there was no water damage etc. I even waited in a 2 hour line at blackberry buddies where they couldn't determine the problem. I took it to the cellc canal walk where they didn't have a loan unit to provide and then to n1 where they didn't even offer me one! They sent it away, 21 days came and went and when I enquired they shoved me off and told me to wait, finally I picked it up. Apparently there 'water' damage under the keypad. Upon seeker a second opinion there is no water damage. And according blackberry forums if there's keypad water damage the phone wouldn't be dead, the kepad wouldn't work. I'm a 19 year old student, that's been losing work and money as a promoter. I can't be contacted for work, because I can't afford to cancel the contract because I don't have a? R9000 to pay yet I can't pay R500 p/m for something I don't hav e if I don't get any response I will take legal action. I'm really disgusted in the staff and the morals in this company and the way the value people who in the end are giving them a living.
