They made me waist R180 on airtime

I walked into the MTN pickbel parkade store to buy data. The four ladies at the counter tell me there system is offline. So I asked if I could go to Pick nPay to buy the air time and have them convert it to data for me. She said sure no problem.

When I came back and asked them to convert the airtime they said they where unable to because I am on top up. Had they have told me that before I would not have bought the airtime. So when I asked the one lady why she did not tell me this beofore, she tells me because I did not tell her I am on top up, with attitude.

This is not the first time I have had such lousy service from this particular store and infact the fourth time.
