Last year (2012) I called seeking a "pre paid" ADSL line, the clerk attending to me informed me of a 5GB line for R399 and I was informed that should I be unable to pay the line would be cut and I would not have a bill running up on a monthly basis. My last payment was made in October of 2012 as I have been travelling, I returned this week and to my surprise my bill is now currently R1325.52??? I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS! I have been billed every month and now I am sitting with a rediculous bill to which should not be! I am totally unhappy with this and will be closing my account if this issue is not resolved
