I called Cell C on the 3rd of Dec 2012 to complain about data bundles that depleted in 1 day and the ref i got was 2122701912 and no came back to me regarding this. I kept on calling 3 times after that but still got no help. On the 25 of Jan 2013 i was debited R832, 96 and i called and told them that i'll reverse this cause i still have a query pending. still i got no help but they were brave enough to call me about the unpaid debit and cut off my service. I'm willing to take this matter futher cause i won't pay for something i don't know. Should they list me i'll take them to court. Cell C servce is very bad even their Call Centre Agents are horrible. I'm so!!!
