SSDA blames MTN for their kokup

Regarding my account A1728251 and reference number 96849012 which your debt collection company called SSDA (Shapiro Shaik Defries & ) harrassed me about, I am utterly disgusted that they claim that they are fault-free in the manner in which they conducted themselves, laying all the blame on MTN who instructed them to do everything that they were told to do. This is called "passing the buck" and am bewildered that MTN even uses these idiotic "consultant" because they are show no sign of being able to consult or provide customer service. Over 160 complaints on HelloPeter.com sofar and everyone of them is about harrassing MTN Customers who no longer owe MTN a cent. I will not let this rest unless the incompetent person or group responsible for this huge debacle is exposed & a human Manager commits to rectifying this idiotic error by contacting all those wronged ex-account holders harrassed by MTN's bloddhounds SSDA. I expect a human reply. Not a copy-paste generic email.
