SSDA urgently needs to employ people who can do their job properly. How many people are treated the same way I was treated? How many people is pestered due to incompetancy? If you google SSDA you come across a lot of complaints. I had to deal with these employees and wow it is mind blowing how unfit they are to perform their jobs. I made final payment for Discovery to SSDA last year November 2012. I called their offices to advise them. All good, no news is good news. All of a sudden since February 2013 I again receive smses, FINAL DEMAND ON DISCOVERY ACCOUNT. I phone SSDA's office, I explain this was settled, for March, April and twice in May 2013 I explained the same thing, weren't you suppose to contact your client and get it sorted? Yesterday 22/05/2013 I spoke to Gift and Prudence again, regarding the sms I have received, it apparently became my job to phone Discovery to get the settlement letter, which Discovery send to SSDA in January 2013. I phoned Discovery this morning once again, while on the line they called SSDA's office and all of a sudden it was a system error, everything sorted! It is mind blowing! Get yourself proper employees, you do pay their salary!
