Begging to get a paid up clearance letter from SSD

I have paid up my Edcon account with SSDA attorneys 2 months ago and now i have to beg them to get a paid up letter from them. I concurrently paid off another
edcon account with Norman Bisset and and upon them seeing the funds in thier account i was given a letter from them. I am now been told that SSDA have nothing to do with the Edcon and i should go to edgars or jet and find out what their legal dept contact details are. They are always on lunch or in a meeting or even not working there anymore when I try to follow up with that person that i spoke to or need to get in touch with.

ssda is really not interested in helping or serving you once they have got your money
