Well Done

I have no issues in regards to writting complaints but with the same breath its time for a MASSIVE COMPLIMENT

I was looking for a specific phone, phoned Grove, lady helping.., . well lets leave it at that
Phoned again later and Clinton answered and i explained my situation to him

He said he doesnt have a phone but will make a plan, 2 min later he said he got the phone i wanted but only in white :-)

I advised that im in a rush and he advised that he will have documents ready for me to sign

got there and in 7min my docs was signed, phone was in my possession and i was off
Friendly and helpful and waited for me as i advised i wanted to deal with him

Thanks a mil for the great service Clinton and i will without hesitating use your shop again, no matter how small or big my issue is

With all the issues I had, u restored some faith back in vodacom for me

This goes out to the lady from Cancellations as well that contacted me and got back to me in due time

Thank you very much and im pleased to continue with Vodacom again
