I took my new iPhone5 back within 5 days of delivery as the phone wasn't sending sound through to the right earphone. I tested the phone extensively. When I returned the phone I urged Shabeer to try it for himself but he declined saying it would be sent to jhb & tested & I would have an answer by the end of the week. A full week & half later & heard nothing. Phoned the store. I was told that my OBF had been rejected & it was sent back & suggested all I had to do was push the earphone jack all the way in when plugging in earphones! Am I dumb? Dont insult me! Not being able to get a answer if the phone was working or not Shabeer told me he had spoken to the man who tested my phone himself & said it was fine. Unable to test the phone in-store I had to take it home only to discover the same problem & had to return it to the store. I made Shabeer test it to make sure I had a witness to the fault. That was thurs. He said he would phone me Mon. Nothing. I phoned Tues and he said he hadn't heard anything, couldn't phone them cause they have no lines only email. Ridiculous! Not only wasting my time but insulting my intelligence. I want a new iPhone5. Nothing wrong with the money I'm paying!
