Worst bad service ever and mistakes

Last year I phoned Mweb to provide a service for an internet connection. I was sent a bunch of forms for completion. For technical reasons I could not make the connection and told them so. I also told them I would not return the forms. A month later I recieved an account for 1 months subscription. I once again phone them and was told that they had made a mistake and that due to non receipt of the forms no connection was made and they would reverse everything. 2 weeks ago I apply to my Bank for car finance and am turned down because I have a bad credit record listed by Mweb for non payment of their non existant account. I phone again and spend 1hour explaining their disaster to them. One person at a time. I am told they have to "listen" to the tapes and decide if they will reverse the ITC record. A staffmember by the name of Widaad Philander will get back to me, but I am liable because I did not give them one months termination notice for my non connection and non client status. Of course she does not phone back. I phone and am told they will cancel the ITC record. She will send a letter. No letter. No response for 4 days from Ms Philander. I have lost the car. This is a nightmare.
